Hillary Clinton Finally Takes a Stand on the Keystone XL Pipeline

Hillary Clinton has been reticent to share her personal views on many different subject but she’s finally revealed one that has been on the minds of many for quite some time. Earlier this week, Hillary announced that she was opposed construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline surprising no one who understand that she desperately needs liberal environmentalists supporting her if she hopes to win the upcoming primary and election.

“I think it is imperative that we look at the Keystone Pipeline as what I believe it is, a distraction fro important work we have to do on climate change. And unfortunately from my perspective, one that interferes with our ability to move forward with all other issues. Therefore I oppose it,” Clinton said.

Clinton may think this is the wise political strategy but pollster Frank Luntz has some very bad news for her campaign.

“You’re going to keep seeing Secretary of State Clinton’s words used against her again and again. One of the things that we found in our testing, the more she talks the more agitated people become simply because she don’t believe she’s telling the truth.

Very smart to use her own words against her. The public doesn’t believe it anymore.”
